By registering as a worker or posting a job on our platform, you agree to share your mobile number with potential employers or job seekers, as the case may be.
Your mobile number will only be shared with users who have registered on our platform and have expressed interest in your job posting or work profile. We will not share your mobile number with any third-party entities or advertisers.

We will take all necessary precautions to protect your mobile number from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, we do not guarantee the security of your mobile number and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses that may result from any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your mobile number.

By registering as a worker or posting a job on our platform, you agree to receive SMS notifications and calls from potential employers or job seekers. You may opt-out of receiving SMS notifications or calls at any time by contacting our customer support team.

You understand that we do not verify the authenticity or accuracy of the mobile numbers provided by users on our platform. We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses that may result from any incorrect or fraudulent mobile numbers provided by users.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform after any such modification or amendment shall be deemed as your acceptance of the modified or amended terms and conditions.

Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms & Conditions of use carefully before using Workneed platforms. While we try our best to ensure safety and security of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data but we work with several 3rd party suppliers and hosting companies and are limited to some extent in what we can control.

By using Workneed (Mobile Apps, social handles), you provide your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions of use, please do not use any of our platforms.

Accessing the platform

Access and use our our platforms is only for people aged 18 years or over. Anyone below this age and accessing the platform must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

By registering on our platform , you give us explicit permission to use your PII details to promote our products and services to you on your mobile, email, social handles or any other means that may be developed in the future. You also give us explicit permission to share your PII details in our sole discretion with any of our existing or future business partners with whom we either currently have business relations or may have so in the future. This will include our partnerships across content, sales, marketing, advertising, data partnerships or any other business activity.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

Our platforms (social handles, and mobile apps) are owned and operated by Workneed Pvt. Ltd. Except as expressly provided herein, no material from these platform or any other platform owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Workneed Pvt. Ltd. may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You confirm that you will not use any content from the platforms commercially without explicit permission from us, Workneed Pvt. Ltd. are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as “us” or “we” or “our.”

We hold the rights to revoke any of the granted permissions or change the terms of use of our platforms at any time without notice.
